I work with executors, administrators, successor trustees, heirs, and the attorneys and fiduciaries who help them. Most families I meet have a house full of belongings and a long list of decisions. I coordinate the work that gets the house from where it is today to sold:

• Clean-out, haul-away, and estate sales
• Cleaning, painting, minor repairs, and termite work, with a free initial termite report
• Help coordinating tenant matters with qualified professionals, including eviction matters when needed
• Pricing, marketing, negotiating, and selling the home on the open market

I receive no referral fees from the vendors I recommend. I am paid a commission only when the home sells. The probate consultation and home evaluation are free, with no obligation.

Does Eric buy houses, or only list them?

I list and sell homes. I do not buy them. If your family wants a fast cash sale, I can help you obtain an offer from a cash buyer. If you prefer to sell on the open market, I can list it. The choice is yours.

If you already have a cash offer, I can provide a free second opinion on market value so you can compare your options. An investor’s offer may differ from what the home could sell for on the open market.

If the cash buyer you already have ends up paying more once the house is on the market, you owe me no commission under that arrangement. The exact terms and conditions are written into the listing agreement.
